Trusted Maid Agency In Singapore

I engaged Ban Cheong Resources as my aged dementia mum's second maid agency. I truly appreciate Ivy's service level compared to the previous agency.
From the start — and now coming to 6 months with our new Indonesian maid — Ivy has stayed connected with both me and the maid, checking in regularly and intervening when needed.
She is highly experienced in maid management and even taught us how to manage our maid — a great learning experience for me! Ivy took time to understand my mum’s dementia needs and recommended a candidate who fits our entire family.
What impressed me most is the extra effort Ivy puts in following up, unlike my previous agency. That makes all the difference.

Ivy 真正关注的是雇主与女佣的幸福感，而非中介利益，这让我非常敬佩。也因此，我与 Ivy 渐渐成了无话不谈的好朋友，而这位女佣也在我家服务了整整 8 年。认识 Ivy 是我非常幸运的事，她让我收获了友情与安心的帮佣支持。
市面上的女佣中介很多，但真正为雇主和女佣设身处地着想的，真的很少。Ivy 不仅是在做中介，更是在帮朋友，帮助我们这些为家庭琐事而烦恼的人。

I first met Ivy in 2009 when I was looking for a new maid, with a fearful mindset just after a horrid encounter with another maid agency/notorious agent. Ivy was friendly and advised on a suitable helper that seemed fit my requirements. Sometime after, I had to return the maid before the expiry of the contract, due to a sudden decision to be a SAHM due to home problems. I expected that there may be a change in Ivy's attitude when faced with a return case. However, Ivy remained professional and was as helpful as ever! She showed empathy to my situation and also initiated in ensuring that I obtained my partial refund quickly (without me even mentioning a word about refunds yet). I truly appreciated her speedy actions as I was not earning any income then. This kind act left a deep impression on me - here was a responsible and an agent with a heart!

In 2011, I went back to Ivy to get a new helper as I was due to deliver my second child. She was in her usual cheerful state and assisted me in getting a suitable one to take care of 2 kids. The helper whom I engaged finished the contract and thereafter, I went back to look for Ivy in 2013 to engage my current helper (who is also due to finish contract).

I feel blessed that I was able to have a responsible and good agent who understood my needs and able to advise suitable helpers so that I can work in peace.
